Lamp Redo

I was told by a dear dear friend that I needed to redo these lamps and I agreed...  They were pretty dated with the maple wood stem in the middle so it got painted louis blue and I had the shades (which are dated too) but I think they are much improved...  Sorry no before photos...

Another Busy Day

I am painting an old dresser with mirror in emperors silk, with the dark wax it mellows it to a more Americana dark red...  The flash on my camera brightens this up a bit, unfortunately...   So busy today that I was only able to get the drawers painted, (after repairs) and the mirror painted & waxed...  I really like the way this looks...
